Public Charcuterie Classes

Attend an evening of laughing & learning at one of our public charcuterie classes.

Cost range from $37 to $74 per participant (depending on exotic cheeses, if a keepsake board is included, provided wine, edible flowers, etc) which includes a 1-hour hands-on instructional class, all the pre-prepped food supplies and professional utensils to fully create an 8″ x 8″ charcuterie board to take home. Book now as class sizes are limited and often sellout fast.

• 1/22/26 FOR NOTRE DAME PREP GRAZE & SIP CLUB ONLY. 6PM – Charcuterie Cup Class!  Sip, snack, and style your way through this fun Charcuterie Cup Class! You’ll create two gourmet charcuterie cups and two fresh veggie cups—perfectly portioned, beautifully styled, and totally delicious. Charcuterie cups will include 3 cheeses, cured meat, fruits, nuts, crackers, chocolate and 2 skewers you design. Veggie cups will have dip on the bottom perfect for easy snacking.  A relaxed night of laughs, learning, and snackable art awaits!  Cost: $40
