Public Charcuterie Classes

Attend an evening of laughing & learning at one of our public charcuterie classes.

Cost range from $35 to $55 per participant (depending on exotic cheeses, if a keepsake board is included, provided wine, edible flowers, etc) which includes a 1-hour hands-on instructional class, all the pre-prepped food supplies and utensils to fully create an 8″ x 8″ charcuterie board to take home. Book now as class sizes are limited and often sellout fast.  BYOB.

  • 7/9/24 from 5:15 to 6:15PM – Charcuterie 101 Class.  Discover the secrets on how to create & style a charcuterie board that will ★WOW★ your friends & family! Class will be held at Poppies Flower Shop at Norterra 2450 W. Happy Valley Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85085.
  • 7/23/24 from 5:15 to 6:15PM – Crudité Charcuterie Class.  Create an amazing crudité board featuring gorgeous vegetables & EDIBLE FLOWERS to keep that summer figure.  Fresh and clean perfect to accompany those backyard barbeques!  We will build on a larger 12” round board for $50 and includes easy, healthy, homemade recipes for hummus and ranch dips!  Class will be held at Poppies Flower Shop at Norterra 2450 W. Happy Valley Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85085.
  • 8/20/24 from 5:15 to 6:15PM – Cheese Tasting & Pairings Class.  Come & taste 4 different wines paired with 4 to 6 cheeses.  Learn how to properly pair your cheeses with their best accoutrements (fancy word for their best tasting friend)…and of course eat too!  You will be shocked how pairings matter and can draw out the amazing different flavors of cheese!  Class will be held at Poppies Flower Shop at Norterra 2450 W. Happy Valley Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85085.
