Public Charcuterie Classes

Attend an evening of laughing & learning at one of our public charcuterie classes.

Cost range from $37 to $60 per participant (depending on exotic cheeses, if a keepsake board is included, provided wine, edible flowers, etc) which includes a 1-hour hands-on instructional class, all the pre-prepped food supplies and professional utensils to fully create an 8″ x 8″ charcuterie board to take home. Book now as class sizes are limited and often sellout fast.

  • 2/11/25 from 3 to 4PM – Valentine’s Day Charcuterie Class.  Let’s fill your HEART with cheese!  Each participant with build an elegant Charcuterie Board on a reusable, heart shaped tray (yours to keep).  We will be adding EDIBLE FLOWERS and special hearts and treats to get us ready for Valentine’s Day. You can even bring your Valentine or Galentine to class and build together! A special hand-crafted cocktail from Carefree Spirits Distillery also INCLUDED all for $60.  Class will be held at Carefree Spirits Distillery 6201 East Cave Creek Rd, Cave Creek, AZ 85331 (Plaza at Black Mountain).
  • 3/11/25 from 3 to 4PM – St. Patrick’s Day Charcuterie Class.  Channel your inner Leprechaun and join us for a St. Patrick’s Day inspired Charcuterie Board Class.  Let’s go green together creating a Charcuterie Board featuring Irish cheeses and maybe some gold at the end of the rainbow to impress all your friends on St. Patrick’s Day.  A special hand-crafted cocktail from Carefree Spirits Distillery also INCLUDED all for $60.  Class will be held at Carefree Spirits Distillery 6201 East Cave Creek Rd, Cave Creek, AZ 85331 (Plaza at Black Mountain).
