Public Charcuterie Classes

Attend an evening of laughing & learning at one of our public charcuterie classes.

Cost range from $37 to $74 per participant (depending on exotic cheeses, if a keepsake board is included, provided wine, edible flowers, etc) which includes a 1-hour hands-on instructional class, all the pre-prepped food supplies and professional utensils to fully create an 8″ x 8″ charcuterie board to take home. In this hands-on experience, you’ll learn how to craft stunning floral designs using a variety of foods, think salami roses, fruit blossoms, and vegetable petals, along with delicate edible flowers for an extra seasonal touch. Each guest will design their own step-by-step, instructor-led charcuterie board on a rectangular wooden scallop board, yours to keep and use again and again, a thoughtfully selected piece that adds both beauty and function to your hosting collection.
